Moving to Paris and settling in
Over recent months, the Parisian financial centre has undertaken significant steps to improve its attractiveness. Thanks to its ongoing dialogue with the public authorities and through the input of its Committee of Foreign Banks, which currently comprises 121 members, the French Banking Federation (FBF) has actively contributed to this dynamic and continues to do so.
The FBF is here to help banks who wish to settle in France, specifically by:
1/ keeping you informed about recent regulatory developments beneficial for your relocation to Paris
2/ assist you in your dealings with our supervisory authorities: the Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution (ACPR) and the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF)
3/ shedding light on the subtleties of French social law
4/ passing on information of the practical difficulties encountered to “Choose Paris Region“, a help desk which can assist your employees with their move to Paris
